Frequently asked questions

What is a feedback management tool?

Customer feedback is a gold mine for businesses. It helps understand what your users need. Listening to this feedback and working on it ensures you have a higher customer retention and satisfaction.

A feedback management tool like Olvy does 3 crucial things:

  1. Collect feedback directly or via integrations.

  2. Analyze them to remove noise and provide meaningful data.

  3. And then help you transfer context to your development team directly using project management tools like Jira and Linear

  4. Follow-up or reply back to user.

This whole process can be done manually, but that’s a very inefficient way and there are higher chances of inaccuracy and is time-consuming.

What does the user feedback analysis include?

At Olvy, we analyse the feedback to extract:

  1. User sentiment.

  2. Power users (the ones who contribute the most).

  3. Most mentioned words.

  4. Top sources.

And much more.

Apart from this, you can check the top sources where feedback is received. You can also check which users contribute the most. To get a better idea of the complete scenario, do sign up and use Olvy for 30 days at zero cost.

Can users be automatically notified by your feedback management tool?

Absolutely. Once you create an issue from the feedback collected and implement a fix of it, Olvy automatically notifies the user at source (where the user originally shared the feedback).

The same can also be published on the changelog page for other users to have a look at the change.

Can I try if for free?

Yes, Olvy provides a free 30 days trial. During these 30 days, you’ll be able to use all the features of Olvy and analyze how it significantly improves your feedback and announcement flow.

Hey @MotionHQ Team, It’s super hard to navigate between pages in Motion. It would be great if we can get Tabs in Lotion same as Superhuman’s
    Desktop app or Figma’s app.

  • Feedback: “I need Tabs in Motion”
    Hi MotionHQ Team,
I have been enjoying your app, we @acme group have our second brain on Motion.
We use Motion extensively and there are a lot of pages that we usually need to switch between.
It’s easier to open multiple pages on browser but for desktop app it comes hard to reference between different pages.

We would love to see if I can open multiple pages inside the Motion’s desktop app.

    Thanks,
    Andrey
