15th February 2025 will be Olvy’s final day 🌅
It is with a heavy heart that we announce the shutdown of Olvy. After three incredible years of building and learning, we’ve made the difficult decision to wind down the company and return the remaining capital to our investors.
When we started Olvy, our mission was simple: to help product teams build better products with user feedback. Along the way, we’ve built a product, assembled an amazing team full of talent and passion, and gained paying customers. While we’re proud of what we’ve accomplished, we ultimately failed to find the product-market fit we were aiming for.
The challenges we faced were tough. We struggled to get companies to adopt Olvy because the problem we were solving didn’t turn out to be painful enough for many businesses to continue to invest in a dedicated tool.
Additionally, the rise of AI capabilities meant that some of our target companies were able to build in-house solutions. With these factors, we couldn’t see a clear path to making Olvy a sustainable, long-term business.
What This Means for You
If you’re a paying customer, we’ve stopped charging your account as of this morning. If you’ve paid in advance, we’ve issued a pro-rated refund to your original payment method.
You can continue using Olvy for free until 15th February 2025. After this date, we will delete all your data from our systems.
We understand how important your data is, and we’re here to support you during this transition. You can export all the data from your Olvy workspace by logging into your dashboard. Our Team
As for the Olvy team, we’re helping everyone find new opportunities, with many of them already moving on to exciting new roles. I can’t emphasise enough how talented and committed each member of the team is—they gave their all to bring our vision of Olvy to life, and we are so proud of their contributions. It’s incredibly difficult to say goodbye. Building Olvy was an amazing journey, and getting to listen to your feedback and build something with you has been one of the most rewarding experiences of our lives. Thank you for being part of this adventure.
