Olvy’s Company Profile talks about everything around the user giving you a complete idea about all the activity that has happened around the company and all the context you need.

The company profile works very similar to the user profile and is designed similar to a CRM giving you a familiar interaction experience.

  1. On the top, you’ll see —
  2. Link to the Company Profile on CRM if the company is synced with the CRM.
  3. Option to edit company profile
  4. Internal Comments section (only visible to your team members who have access to your Olvy Workspace)
  5. Below that, you will see the company's domain and a link to summarize the company's feedback, along with an overall sentiment score. This will give you an idea of how satisfied the company is with your product.

Activity Tab

Activity is a central hub for keeping track of every event happening within the company, providing a comprehensive understanding of the status of the feedback provided. Additionally, you can filter the activities based on different types of events.

Users Tab

Switch the tabs to ‘Users’ to view all the users attached to the company.

Revenue & Deals

You can integrate Olvy with your CRM to bring in sales context and display the revenue amount and deals associated with a company. Alternatively, you can manually update this information in Olvy.

Attach relevant links around the company so that it’s easier for you to know more about the company's background.

Custom Property

Customize your company’s page with custom properties and form your own structure with all the properties provided.
