Once you integrate Olvy with CRM like Hubspot, you push relevant feedback from the CRM with the user’s revenue and deals context to help you in feedback prioritization.

User Profile Sync with CRM

If a user has been synced with your integrated CRM, then Olvy considers CRM as the primary source of truth and whenever there’s a conflicting identifier in Olvy and CRM, then Olvy respects CRM’s information. Hence, certain fields are then editable only on the CRM to avoid conflict.

Company Profile Sync with CRM

A company created via CRM will sync with Olvy exactly like how the user profile syncs.

Syncing Olvy created Company with CRM

Currently, Olvy doesn’t provide a 2-way sync with CRM, hence if you’ve created a new company on Olvy then certainly that profile doesn’t exist on your CRM. Here’s how you can do so —

Whenever you find a company profile that says “Not Synced with CRM” it indicates that the company only exists on Olvy.

You can move over to your CRM and create that company and when you come back to Olvy and refresh, you’ll find that the profile will be synced with the CRM and behave the same way as a CRM created company profile.
