We had to move from User Voice for our embeddable ideas widget because it was far too expensive and had limited features.
I looked at about 16 alternatives. It came down to SleekPlan and Frill. Frill was far more user-friendly and intuitive to use.

Due to some peculiarities in our app, we had some issues getting the widgets to work properly and Mike and his team not only provided excellent support, they also made some changes to their code, which they released within a week, to get us up and running.

It is so easy to use. Really is a great tool to connect with your clients for meaningful feedback.

I haven't found anything just yet that I do not like. It is a very simple tool.
